The 2011 Parade of Homes will be held in Liberty Township.  I have a  
desire to expand my business to Delaware county and I think participation
in this parade would provide a great introduction to the area.  

To achieve this goal, I am offering to build a home at cost.  

I believe this is a great deal for a homeowner or investor interested in a
new home near Lewis Center.  The homes are expected to retail in the
$450,000 to $650,000 range.  Details of the site will be available soon.

My discount is not the only one the homeowner can expect.  The Parade is
a big event for the central Ohio homebuilding industry.  Many of our
suppliers use the Parade as a platform to market their products.  All
discounts I negotiate will be directly passed on to the home buyer.  The
following are examples of discounts received from my 2 previous Parade
homes.
  • 40%-60% discounts on appliances
  • Up to 50% discount on cabinets
  • Landscaping (including patio) at or close to cost
  • Professional decorating
  • Custom painting (i.e.murals)  at cost
  • Custom drapes at cost
  • Discounts on counter tops
  • Discounts on flooring
