Before buying a home, you absolutely must understand the
location.  If the neighborhood/area is seeing a lot of Sheriff sale
activity, your investment will likely depreciate.  

Being a small custom builder, I have the flexibility to build in
several communities throughout central Ohio or on your lot.   Being
an all around nice guy, I will give you very frank advice about good
and bad locations.
